Preparation

The preparation involves, as the first step, taking measurements. On the REQUEST A QUOTE page of our website, you will find the Customer Info Form – Template Positioning, available for download, containing all the necessary information.

To proceed with the measurements, use a Crystal Sheet and a marker, a kit that can be ordered on the website. Once you send them to us, we will analyze them and send you counter-templates for verification.

Once the measurements are verified for accuracy, we proceed with cutting and milling. The cutting is programmed based on the correct and approved counter-template. Then a final check of the cut product is performed directly on the counter-template.

The product is finished, ready to be packed and shipped, along with all the assembly accessories, if requested by the customer.
